WHO SHOULD BE BLAMED FOR WAR?

When bombs and guns destroy their lives and everything they lived for, those still alive usually turn to GOD and ask GOD why GOD allowed war.

GOD would reply, why didn’t you speak up against war when the weapons were being made and war rhetoric was being ratcheted. You could have started or joined an effort to stop war.
