A COUNTRY STUCK IN THE PAST CONFRONTS A COUNTRY THAT LOOKS TO THE FUTURE

The average age of men in the Kremlin seems to be around 55.

The average age of men in Ukraine seems to be around 35.

This too is a reason for the war. Frustration in the older men of the Kremlin with a loss of control over their world and its ideals has aroused the need to secure it against all costs.

The new Ukrainian generation knows little of that old world the Kremlin is moaning about. A largely young Ukraine is least bothered about the past and associates itself with the future.

Therein is the clash!
